If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Sakkas Store,We will be happy to issue a refund for the item/s. Item/s should be returned with the packing slip and in new condition within 30 days of receipt date.

You can use USPS or UPS or FedEx to return the package.

Cancel Items or Orders:

You can cancel items or orders that haven't shipped by sending us E-mail: inquiry@sakkasstore.com

After submitting the cancellation, we'll send you a confirmation message to the e-mail address on your account.

Sakkas Store's Return Policy:

We will issue a credit for the item/s as soon as we receive the item/s. Shipping & Handling charge will be refunded if the return is due to our error (incorrect item, defective, etc). Please allow 2-3 business days for refund to appear on your credit card.

Sakkas Store will gladly offer an exchange for any items received damaged or defective provided the damaged items are reported within 5 business of the order delivery and the defective items are reported within 10 business days of the order delivery.
