If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Sakkas Store,We will be happy to issue a refund for the item/s. Item/s should be returned with the packing slip and in new condition within 30 days of receipt date.

All Items with "Final Sale" Tag does not qualify for the returned or exchange.

Cancel Items or Orders

You can cancel items or orders that haven't shipped by sending us E-mail: inquiry@sakkasstore.com

After submitting the cancellation, we'll send you a confirmation message to the e-mail address on your account.

Sakkas Store's Refund Policy

We will issue a credit for the item/s as soon as we receive the item/s. Shipping & Handling charge will be refunded if the return is due to our error (incorrect item, defective, etc). Please allow 2-3 business days for refund to appear on your credit card.

Sakkas Store's Exchange Policy

If for any reason you decide to exchange item/s. We will be happy to do the same within 30 days of the receipt date. Item returned for exchange should have packing slip and in new condition. We do not offer exchange on items that was marked as “Final Sale”

Cost of shipping exchanged item:
We will be charging standard shipping of $4.99 for the first unit and additional $1.00 for each additional unit. For example 1) If you like to exchange only one unit of dress than cost of shipping exchanged item will be $4.99. 2) If you like to exchange two unit of dress than cost of shipping exchanged items will be $5.99 ($4.99+ $1)

Sakkas Store's Damage / Defective Item/s Policy

Sakkas Store will offer an exchange or refund for any items received damaged or defective provided the damaged items are reported within 5 days of the receipt date and the defective items are reported within 10 days of the receipt date.
