Sakkas Store Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Sakkas Store,We will be happy to issue a refund for the item/s. Item/s should be returned with the packing slip and in new condition within 30 days of receipt date.

All Items with "Final Sale" Tag does not qualify for the returned or exchange

Cancel Items or Orders

You can cancel items or orders that haven't shipped by visiting the Orders section in Your Account.

To cancel an item or an entire order:
1. Go to Your Account.

2. Click Cancel Items.

Note: Orders that have shipped cannot be modified and the Cancel Items button will not appear.
3. Select the check box next to each item you wish to remove from the order. If you wish to cancel the entire order, select all of the items.

4. Click Cancel checked items when finished.

After submitting the cancellation, we'll send you a confirmation message to the e-mail address on your account.

You can also confirm that the order was canceled by visiting Your Account. If you do not see the order in Your Account, it was successfully canceled.

We will issue a credit for the item/s as soon as we receive the item/s. Shipping & Handling charge will be refunded if the return is due to our error (incorrect item, defective, etc). Please allow 2-3 business days for refund to appear on your credit card.

Sakkas Store's Exchange Policy

Sakkas Store will gladly offer an exchange for any items received damaged or defective provided the damaged items are reported within 5 business of the order delivery and the defective items are reported within 10 business days of the order delivery. Due to Sakkas Store policy, any claims made after 30 days of receipt of order cannot be honored by Sakkas Store. Special order items and / or custom products are not returnable with Sakkas Store
